Waterford Town Clerk’s Office PRESENT: Steve Besade, Timothy Fioravanti, Paul Goldstein, Kathy Mullen Kohl, Tim Sullivan, Julie Watson Jones ABSENT: Guy Caulkins ALSO PRESENT: Town Clerk David Campo, RTM Moderator Susan Driscoll MOTION by Besade, seconded by Fioravanti, to nominate Paul Goldstein as Chairman of the meeting. VOTING IN FAVOR: Unanimous MOTION by Sullivan, seconded by Watson Jones, to nominate Steve Besade as Clerk of the meeting. VOTING IN FAVOR: Unanimous NOMINATIONS to fill vacancy left by the resignation of Jennifer Bracciale provided by the Republican Town Committee. (See Attachment) VOTE by ballot took place WINNER by ballot: Kathleen Elbaum VOTING IN FAVOR: 5-1 MOTION to adjourn by Fioravanti at 5:51 P.M.
