ABSENT: April Cairns. ALSO PRESENT: Town Clerk David Campo, Minority Leader Susan Driscoll. MOTION by Welch-Collins, seconded by Attanasio, to nominate Ted Olynciw as Chairman of the meeting. VOTING IN FAVOR: Unanimous MOTION by Olynciw, seconded by Attanasio, to nominate Welch-Collins as Clerk of the meeting. VOTING IN FAVOR: Unanimous NOMINATIONS to fill vacancy left by the resignation of Margaret Welch were provided by the Democratic Town Committee. (See Attachment) VOTE by bailot took place WINNER by ballot: Miriam Furey-Wagner VOTING IN FAVOR: Unanimous with one member abstaining. (O’Leary) MOTION to adjourn by Olynciw, seconded by Welch-Collins at 5:38 P.M.
