Meeting to order at 7:01 P.M.

CALL ITEM 1 — Referendum Explanatory Text
PRESENTATION: Town Attorney Rob Avena.
MOTION by Muckle, seconded by Sugrue, to authorize the Town Clerk to prepare, print, and disseminate
concise explanatory text with respect to the question approved for submission to the electors of the
Town of Waterford at the May 31, 2022 Referendum, subject to the approval of the Town Attorney.
